Who bully who?
You must be wondering why these dogs are chained with slippers, cans and coconut shell. Actually neigbhours were complainning that their slippers were no where to be seen. Actually, the dogs loved to collect them and brought them to their master as a gift. What a good dog. Therefore, to stop them from collecting the slippers and shoes, the owner hanged the slippers and whatever so that they don't do it anymore. So far it works.
